This three part series provides an overview of landlord/tenant law, with an emphasis on representing residential tenants.  In Part 1, North Penn Legal Services attorneys Stephen Fernando and Michael Mroczka will focus on eviction proceedings.  Parts 2 and 3 will address topics including eviction procedures after an MDJ appeal, mobile home parks, warranty of habitability, public housing, utility service, security deposits, and more.

*Parts 1, 2, & 3 (or any combination of these) of the series are FREE to attorneys who agree to accept one pro bono case (includes volunteering at one Elder Law Clinic or Family Law Help Desk) from Lackawanna Pro Bono within one year.  Fee is $25 per session for those who do not accept a pro bono case.
